Abstract
In this paper, the Homotopy Perturbation Method with Laplace
Transform (LT-HPM) is employed in solving the Lane-Emden
type of differential equations. Application is on linear and
nonlinear Lane-Emden singular initial value problems. Com
parison with exact solution shows considerable acceleration
in convergence.
The method is effective and easy to im
plement.
The results are also presented in tabular form
