Abstract
In this paper, a numerical method for the solution ofIntegro-differential equations is discussed. The variationaliteration method (VIM), which is a modified general Lagrange multiplier method is employed to solve differenttypes of integro-differential equations. The results revealedthat the VIM is very effective, simple and is of high accuracy for solving higher-order integro-differential equations.
